The Estee Edit x Influnester

I love Influenster. The Vox Boxes just keep getting better and better. Imagine my surprise when I received #TheEsteeEdit Vox Box full of complimentary products for me to try and give honest feedback on. Talk about an upgrade! I started with the late night eraser. I like the consistency and it was easy to rub in with the cooling tip. I struggle with puffiness under my eyes some days and this helped to lessen the severity of them. The radiance activator was another favorite because most days (Mon-Fri) my face is as bare as a baby's bottom. This serum brightened up my face and made me feel like I was glowing all day. It has now been added into my routine. I will update this post as I continue trying out the other two products, but so far so good! Try these products if you want to see an overall improvement in the brightness and radiance of your skin - and who doesn't want that?

My Influenster Glam Vox Box #ChooseToSmooth

My #GlamVoxBox has arrived and I'm super excited about it... who doesn't like free stuff? This go 'round I had the opportunity to review a few beauty items including:

Shea Moisture facial wash, anti- aging moisturizer, and anti- aging face mask
Gilette Venus embrace razors and Olay Violet Swirl shaving cream
Q-tip beauty rounds
Not Your Mothers Clean Freak Dry Shampoo
and Cutex nail polish remover pads

The Shea moisture products were great. I was already familiar with their hair products, but always overlooked the skin care line. No more. The products left my face glowing and super soft. My favorite was the mask.
I've used Gilette products before, but I did appreciate the extra padding around the Embrace Sensitive razors paired with the Olay Violet Swirl shaving cream. My underarms felt like a baby's bottom, and the shaving cream, although it feels weird to say, smelt really good. #Choosetosmooth
The Q-tip beauty rounds are my go-to when it comes to removing make-up. Pair these with a few drops of almond oil and you're good to go. I also prefer these over cotton balls because they don't leave any cotton-y residue all over my face when I'm through.
Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Dry Shampoo actually really came in handy this week because I randomly straightened my hair for the first time in months. (Thanks Influenster!) Dry shampoo is always great because I loathe flat hair and dry shampoo helps to break up the oil that eventually weighs down our hair after a few days.
I prefer @CutexNails remover pads because they are soaked in the polish remover so I don't have to continue to pour more and more from the bottle to ensure I am able to fully remove all remnants of polish from my nails. #SoCutex #HealthyNails #contest

I received all of these items for free from @Influenster for reviewing purposes. All opinions are my own.

'I Do' Vox Box Review via Influenster

I've fallen so far behind on blogging. I've had a lot going on in the past few weeks, so I have a lot of posts coming in the next couple of days. I wanted to take a moment to review the "I Do" Vox Box that I received from @Influenster as a courtesy (gratis) to weigh in on wedding themed products for a wedding that I was set to attend back in July. A few of the standout products were:

@Indeedlabs nanoblur skin perfecting cream; It can be applied over or under make-up, minimizes the appearance of pores and gives the skin an overall airbrushed look. I will definitely continue to use this.. it's been a lifesaver in these sweltering summer months.

Neutrogena hand cream; extremely moisturizing, and gives skin a glistening, #nanoblurred look that I can appreciate with all of the skin that is on display this time of year. I hate the look of dry, blistered skin.

Ache and Pain Relief to Go; this was cool because it provides the relief of a pill without having to have a glass/ bottle of water handy if pain happens on the run.

The other products pictured were decent, but not really my cup of tea. For the Covergirl Stay Luminous foundation, my issue was moreso that I don't really wear foundation so any amount of it just feels heavy on my face; and the Outlast Longwear lipstick was simply not a good color for me... but I liked the texture and staying power.

#WipeForWater x Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Makeup Remover Towelettes

I received these Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Makeup remover cleansing towelettes from Influenster a few days ago, and I'm already in love. These things are definitely a life saver! Take it from a girl who loves to get glamed up for a night on the town, but hates going through the motions of removing said "glam" after. Why go through the hassle of tracking down cotton balls, make up remover and face wash when you can simply have a wipe that does it all - while helping to save the planet at the same time?

I gladly accepted the #WipeForWater challenge, (which you can learn more about here) and used these wipes for the duration of the weekend and didn't reach for my face wash once. It feels good to know that I'm able to help conserve water and continue to look good while doing it. I love the way that my skin feels after using them; soft, smooth and I'm not left feeling greasy. Most of all my face feels just as clean (nice refreshing scent too!), if not more, than if I was using water.. with half the effort.

Join the conversation with #WipeforWater, and let me know what you think!
