I've always been extremely interested in psychology. it was my original major when I started college. science was never my strong suit, so I ended up changing my major, but I never lost my obsession with the human mind/ behavior and all of the life experiences that ultimately make someone into the person that they become.
I say all of that to say,
I am so so happy to have started therapy this year. It's something that I always wanted to explore and although I haven't been going long, I can appreciate the changes that it will undoubtedly have on my life.
there's something about speaking to someone that is completely impartial that just brings such peace and awareness to your life.
excited for what's in front of me
no more distractions.
SIDE NOTE: I've been practicing morning journaling and it's been a game changer. I can't wait to look back on the entries of today and see how far I've come.
